Club Notes W/End 23/06/2013

The senior teams had unbeaten Milford at home on Saturday evening last. The reserve match included many young players from both teams with Milford winning on a score of 1-11 to 0-8. The seniors put up a competitive performance and were unfortunate to lose two players through injury in the first quarter. However Milford were the slicker outfit and two first half goals helped them to a comfortable victory in the end..
 
The U14 boys played Muff in the all county league final on Wednesday evening last in Convoy. Although defeated the team had impressive displays from Cathair Doherty, Brian Diver Ross Marley and Shay Doherty who scored a personal tally of 9 points on the night. Well done to Stephen and his management team for all their hard work during the season.They will complete their season this weekend when they participate in the National Feile peile na nOg finals in Derry. The club are hosting the Cavan U14 champions for the weekend. Good luck to all teams in the finals.
 
The U16 league competition is now due to commence on Friday the 5th July. The Sunday morning training for U6,U8 and U 10 will resume on Sunday at 11am

The Kellogg's GAA Cúl camp will be held in July 29th July to 2nd Aug. For more information Contact Oisín Cannon at 0867325955  Lotto No’s for weekending 23rd June were 9,13,14 & 15. Match 3 winner was Conor Moore, Kiltra, Wellington Bridge, Wexford. Next weeks jackpot will be 2350 Euro.
