Congratulations to the Clubs U14 hurlers who won the County U14 B Championship defeating Burt 4.7 to 1.6. The boys led from the start and finished their scores well and the team all played their part with determination and strength. It was a great finish to what has been an outstanding year of hurling for the boys and they have been a credit to the club throughout. Well done to Cathair Doherty, Shay Doherty and Brian Diver who all played for the Donegal U14 hurling team that finished runners-up in the All Ireland B Shield final and to Diarmuid Cahill who was part of the Donegal U13 squad that also finished runners-up in the All Ireland C Shield final.
Gaels hosted an all-county U6 and U8 hurling blitz on Sunday. Visiting teams from Carndonagh, Buncrana, Burt, St. Eunans, Aodh Rua and Four Masters all took part with Gaels. Our team had their best blitz ever wining five and drawing one game. There were over 30 U6 boys and girls playing mini-matches in four mixed teams in a very energetic display of hurling. Everyone had great fun.

Congratulations to U12 girls gaelic team who finished their series of blitzes in Glenswilly. The girls have been undefeated throughout four blitzes.
