Club Notes W/E 8th April 2012

The senior team were disappointingly defeated at home to Robert Emmetts on Saturday evening last. Both teams travel to Dunkineely this weekend hoping for a big improvement.
 
The minor team opened their league campaign with a good win over St Michaels at the Bridge on Friday evening last. Odhran McMacken, Conor Browne and Keane Ryan were excellent on the night. They play Glenswilly in Páirc na nGael this Friday evening with a 7pm throw inn
 
The under 16s were free at the weekend and will play Fanad Gaels at home next Monday evening at 7pm.
 
  • The underage training for U6 to U12s resumes on Sunday morning 15th April, 11am at Páirc na nGael. New members are always welcome.
  • The U14 Boys football training has commenced on Wednesday evenings 6.30-7.30pm.
  • Camogie training continues on Tuesday 6pm

 

The U14 girls were defeated narrowly by Milford in a recent league match. Best on the night were Sarah Boyce, Anna Gallagher & Michaela McGrory. Next match is at home Wed 18th, details at training on Monday 6pm.
 
Congratulations to Úna Quinn, winner of Donegal Feile U14 Camogie skills competition. Úna will represent Donegal at Feile in Dublin in July.
 
The U14 hurlers are away to Buncrana on Thursday the 12th, Travel details at training on Tuesday 5.45pm sharp.
 
Lotto results for W/ending the 8th April are No’s 5,13,17&24. Lucky dip winner was Ann Marie Shiels 15 Cashel Park Letterkenny Next weekend Jackpot is 2600 Euro.
