Our U-12 Camogie girls traveled to Garvahey on Saturday to participate in the Caman to Ulster blitz. They played three games on the day against Crossmaglen Rangers GAC, Lavey and Na Rossa, Magherafelt. These were well contested matches with lots of skill shown on both sides. 15 girl's showed great commitment with lot's of emerging talent and skill. All is looking good in advance of the Feile blitz.

  • Indoor Camogie Training for U-8 & U-10 and will resume outdoors in the coming weeks. U-12 & U-14 training continues at the pitch every Monday evening. New players always welcome.

The U14 were in action on Thursday for their first league game of the season against Setanta. Unfortunately the Gaels came up short against their opponents and lost the game but there is definite signs that the team is coming together. It was a good experience for the players involved. A large number turned out, a panel of 19 players and the managers where impressed with the old reliables and where particularly impressed with the U-12 players that came on and made an impact on the game.It was good to see younger lads putting pressure on the U-14 players for starting positions. Outdoor training arrangements will be made in the coming weeks. New members welcome. Hurls and helmets can be provided.

Bingo continues every Monday in Arena 7. The Jackpot this week is €4000. Lines are €40 and Houses are €130. Doors from 8pm. Eyes down 9pm. All welcome.
